	Ian Silverstein Founder	ian@creativeaction.co.uk
	Born and bred in the UK, Ian now travels the globe in pursuit of great things. Ian has worked in the creative industry for over 10 years and has experienced it’s many sides - in the design community, the commercial sector and the greater world of the consumer. Ian prides himself on knowing about the latest innovations, being constantly challenged by change, and interested by the things around him. Following his instincts for doing good business with good people, Ian’s maxim for life is ‘we are here for a good time, not a long time’.

	Chris Evans Head of Creative	chris@creativeaction.co.uk
	Chris has acquired a wealth of experience producing creative solutions for a wide variety of companies. Combining creativity with strategic insight, he helps brands maximise their impact in the commercial marketplace. Spending much of his time developing ‘brand experiences’, Chris helps companies express themselves visually, wherever they come into contact with the consumer. He has written on the subject, and has spoken at a number of events about the importance of inspiring and engaging people through creativity.

	Lynne Drury Operations	lynne@creativeaction.co.uk
	Lynne comes from a successful background in accountancy and business services where she worked for Grant Thornton. Lynne is responsible for both financial relations and legal aspects of Creative Action Design in our International office located in the UK and in our Doha based Qatar offices. Lynne is an integral part of the team, having worked for Creative Action Design for almost a decade.

	Khalifa Al-Misnad Sponsor Creative Action Design LLC
	Khalifa Al-Misnad was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2006 following an educational journey that graduated him from the University of Texas and the University of Houston with a Mechanical Engineering degree and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence, respectively. Mr. Al-Misnad began his legal career in Qatar Petroleum’s legal department where he had the opportunity to work on various projects that included multi-billion dollar joint ventures, project financing undertakings, tax saving structures, corporate governance matters, and human resource related initiatives. Khalifa Al-Misnad has a number of business interests in addition to his active role within Creative Action Design Qatar LLC.

	Broderick Munro-Wilson Executive Advisor	broderick@creativeaction.co.uk
	Broderick has a significant breadth and depth of experience working for many leading international companies, as well as owning and running many of his own successful businesses. He has significant experience in developing and growing successful SME's, creating and nurturing some of the countries leading brands over the last 30 years. Broderick has worked for many years in the City – where he arrived via an economics degree at Cambridge.

	Aarti Parmar Business Development	aarti@creativeaction.co.uk
	Aarti has a strong background in marketing and communications having run a creative agency in Malaysia with a portfolio of major bluechip companies. She has a great understanding in brand management and design, bringing her valued experience to our team in a new business development role. Her outlook on life - 'happiness is a journey not a destination'.

	Carly joined Creative Action Design in late 2011 and has been an energetic and fun-loving addition to the team. Carly is based in the international office in the UK and assists with the financial management, human resources and day-to-day management of Creative Action Design.

	Charlotte Stubbs Client Services	charlotte@creativeaction.qa
	Charlotte was raised in the Middle East, and attended Doha College before continuing her education at Lancaster University, UK. She has spent the last five years honing her marketing skills in Oxford across a wide range of sectors including HR, Learning & Development, Finance, Legal, IT, Recruitment, and Local Government.

	Paula Manzanera Client Services	paula@creativeaction.qa
	Born in South America and raised between Europe and the Middle East – Paula has a wealth of global knowledge which she combines with a strong marketing background. Having lived in the Middle East region for over 20 years, she also has an in-depth understanding of the Qatari culture and heritage. She brings a depth of experience to the team from her successful background in Project Management and Business Development, and we are excited to have her join the Creative Action Design team.

	Nada Darwish Creative	nada@creativeaction.qa
	Nada is originally from Bahrain, the pearl island of the Arabian Gulf, and is a graduate of Graphic and Communication Design from the University of Leeds. Nada has experience in a range of creative sectors including sales, client servicing and planning. With her Western knowledge and Arabian culture, Nada has worked on a diverse range of projects from international to local brands.

	Alex Mercer Creative
	Alex is a Master of Design (recently graduating from Cranfield University), with his skills in Exhibition Architecture and 3D visualisation. He has 5 years industry experience living and working in the UAE and now resides in the UK.

	Irfan Ahmed Creative
	A creative and strategic designer with over 10 years experience working for various advertising and design agencies in London. Irfan has worked for clients in the UK, US and UAE in an array of sectors. Irfan is a recent addition to CAD who's at home with either a pen and pad, art directing or crafting type.
